Reiki is a Japanese technique for the reduction of stress and relaxation that promotes healing. It is administered by the "laying of hands" and allowing "life force energy to flow into you". During this session your energy field will be cleared and brought into balance.

An energy healing session with me consists of a scan of your body and aura, release of blockages, emotions, negative energies, cord cutting & energizing.
I also focus on the treatment of physical and emotional diseases. All disease starts within the outer aura and once it lands on the physical body, that is then the manifestation of disease. Once that happens, the organs themselves also need to be cleared and healed down to cellular level.

Our perception of past events whether known or unknown can have a negative effect on the way we act or interact with people and in life in general. By tapping into the subconscious mind and through various techniques, the negative impact or patterning of these events can be removed and replaced with a positive experience that is empowering and healing.

The key to healing is the ability to drop your life story that has caused an attachment to past events or trauma's that are having a negative effect.
